Samseg Aseg Test | March 19 2017

Andrew ran samseg on the GE14 test set. mri_compute_seg_overlap was used to compare the subject's segSubSpace.mgz with its manualseg.mgz.

results

The mean overlap of most subjects was above 0.75, but 2 subjects had a mean of ~0.08

Both unsuccessful subject's (1331 and 1333) low dice was due to inaccurate registration:
