= Allen Brain Atlas - human data =
In the following you can find FreeSurfer recons constructed with v5.3 and soon also v6 of six (H0351.1009 ,H0351.1012 ,H0351.1015 ,H0351.1016 ,H0351.2001 ,H0351.2002) T1-weighted MRI scans that are part of the human Allen brain atlas. The data is described [[http://help.brain-map.org/display/humanbrain/Allen+Human+Brain+Atlas|here]] and can be downloaded [[http://human.brain-map.org/mri_viewers/data|here]]. Note there are two more subjects with MRI scans that are part of the human Allen brain atlas. Those subjects had no microarray data measurements and hence they were excluded. The recons were manually edited by LCN collaborators [[https://nru.dk/index.php/staff-list/phd-students/70-vincent-beliveau|Vincent Beliveau]] and [[https://nru.dk/index.php/staff-list/post-docs/62-melanie-ganz-benjaminsen|Melanie Ganz]] in order to get good surface reconstructions. Note that there were no subcortical segmentation edits performed, so in case you would like to use the subcortical measurments, you need to check and edit them yourself.
