isxavg-re-sess -analysis <analysis> -group <group> -space <space> -spacedir sphsm<XX> -contrast <1v2> -sf <sessid> -df sesspar
Repeat isxavg-re-sess for all contrasts.
Assign the name of the group analysis with the <group> parameter. If the analysis is in TalairachSpace then <space> = tal. If the analysis is in SphericalSpace, then <space> = sph, and -spacedir must be specified from FsFastSphericalSmooth (sphsmooth-sess).
