Tests:
- Intra-Scan (not removed from scanner)
- Intra-Session (same session, but removed from scanner)
- Cross-Session (on different days)
Parameters Tested:
- Gradient Unwarping (unwarp)
- Aseg Fusion (noasegfusion, fusion default)
- Template Type (mean, median default): these show no differences! We have only 2 time points and there the median is the mean.
