V1 Atlas
Data and scripts are available to allow prediction of location V1 on a Freesurfer subject based on a probabilistic atlas. See the paper for details, and the README link for instructions on how to install the data (V1_average-1.1.tgz). See also BrodmannAreaMaps.

Note: To adjust the display to account for the probabilities in the label in tksurfer, try going to Tools->Label->Threshold Selected Label, then choose a threshold between 0 and 1.
