usage: mris_transform [options] <input surf> <transform file> <output surf>

  • options: --src <volumename> src volume

    • use this option if the transform is created by MNI mritotal

    • : --dst <volumename>

      dst volume

      • use this option if the transform target is <not> average_305

      : --invert

      apply inverted transform

      : --help

      print help

      : --version

      print version

      : -?, -U

      print usage
