Synopsis

mris_inflate [<options>] insurfacefile outsurfacefile

Arguments

Positional Arguments

insurfacefile

input surface file

||outsurfacefile|| output surface file ||

Required Flagged Arguments

None

Optional Flagged Arguments

-n iterations

maximum # of iterations. default = 55.

|| -w n || write out a snapshot of the inflation every nth time step||

-dist distcoeff

metric distortion/smoothness tradeoff

relative strength of the metric preserving term in the cost functional versus the smoothing term . default = 0.1
