insurfacefile	input surface file
outsurfacefile	output surface file

-n iterations	maximum # of iterations. default = 55.
-w n	write out a snapshot of the inflation every nth time step
-dist distcoeff	metric distortion/smoothness tradeoff	relative strength of the metric preserving term in the cost functional versus the smoothing term . default = 0.1
