regdat2xfm - produces the MNI/Freesurfer compatible xfm which can be used for freesurfer

Synopsis

regdat2xfm srcvol targetvol regdat xfm

Arguments

Positional Arguments

srcvol

src volume (make sure that you use the explicit path to the file )

targetvol

template volume (make sure that you use the explicit path to the file)

regdat

tkregister/tkregister2 produced register.dat file

Outputs

talairach.xfm

MNI/Freesurfer compatible linear RAS-to-RAS xform
