Recommended:
BasicReconstruction (fully automated)
TroubleshootingReconstruction (if the automated programs fail, manual intervention required)
HistoricalReconstruction (semi-automated, with routine use of manual edits to segmented white matter volume)
SubcorticalSegmentation (already included in Basic workflow, but must be done separately if using Historical workflow)
