*Path of data is:

For more detailed notes of which errors could be fixed and which couldn't, refer to

**40 subjects in the Buckner data set have each been inspected for defects and following is a brief description of them. recons were launched with the stable v4.3.0 of Freesurfer. The data is in the path /autofs/space/birn_045/users/BWH/buckner_data/group_study Couple of scans from this data set are used as examples to update the tutorials. Subject 004 is used for Pial edits. Subject 008 is used for WM lesions and WM and dura labeled as WM. Subject 099 is used as an example for topological defects.
***The 40 subjects in the buckner_data/group_study tutorial distribution have each been inspected for defects (by Jenni Pacheco, Evelina Busa, and Brian Quinn). These notes, combined with using tkmedit and tksurfer to observe the defects, serve as a good tutorial on what is considered 'good' and 'bad' output.
Note: Some of these subjects are used as the example cases in the Morphometry and Reconstruction tutorial (specifically, subjects 008, 039, 095, 108, and 111).
